Deliveries are handled with care. For self collection, REAS checks the phone with you before handover.
Local sets follow relevant showroom warranty where applicable. Export set defects should be confirmed on delivery.
Refurbished laptops have a two-week warranty. Second-hand products are tested in front of the customer before final responsibility transfers.
Customer information is used for purchase handling. Payment options include PayNow, bank transfer, and cash.
